"Are You Always Good?"

Listening to the commentator, Stuart Hall of ‘It’s A Knockout’ and ‘Jeux Sans
Frontieres’ fame – I invariably smile, (a lot) and sometimes even laugh out
loud!
Cos…
He
has such a quaint turn of phrase, a natural connection with anything human –
especially effort aligned with frailty.
And so…
Without any hint of criticism whatsoever - it was a tad surprising to hear him
utter such profundity – when he said…
“Only the mediocre are always good!”
WOW!
Stuart – do you realize what you’ve expressed?
The
seeds within the expression are those of greatness – for sure.
If you and I…
Would take the time to examine those times we’re good, perhaps erring of the
side of caution because being ‘great’ has inherent risks.
Are
we prepared to take them to perhaps climb a little higher; enjoy some fresher
mountain air, see slightly further than before?
