"What Deepak taught me..."
Hello
And I use the 26+ ideas as the ‘come back to
the present’ process in my daily meditation.
You see...
A friend some 15 years or more ago gave me a
cassette. It was a recording by the then and more-so now – famous Deepak Chopra.
What a mellifluous voice he has!
The recording was Deepak explaining his ideas
on a variety of success ideas using the letters of the alphabet to represent
each idea – or set of ideas.
For example:
A – Absolute abundance
B – Better and better in every way – in time
C – Carefreeness and charity
D – Darma – (purpose for life); demand and
supply
E – Exulting in the success of others;
especially those who consider themselves my competitors
F –
And this is the one...
I want to go through with you now. The ‘F’
stands for:
“In every Failure are the seeds of success!”
And this is just so true – yet unfortunately
NOT recognised by so many.
Just thinks for the moment of what you and I
can learn from every lesson life sends to us. Probably everything!
And yet – it’s just so simple, so easy, so
non-thinking to move on without thought; without analysis; without recognising
the lesson and its intent.
Wouldn’t it be:
Just great! If we were able to learn what we
need to know the very FIRST time – the lesson was presented. Instead of having
to have the disappointments; the losses; the
heartaches – more than once because we didn’t find out what we could so easily
have found.
And so...
Here are my thoughts of movements forward to
capitalise on this idea:
Let’s you and me be far more aware of the
lessons life is throwing so apparently casually our way. Let’s see them for -
not only what they are – but what can be learned
from each and every.
From my standpoint – not only are the seeds of
success contained within every failure – but the seeds of greater success are
also contained within every minor success too!
Shall we be more aware?
Yes – oh good
Go on then...
