"Where are you?"
Hello

You
remember in the last message I was talking about goal
setting and how it was so important to aim at the first point
of the journey towards the target – don’t you?
Well…
I’ve
another, what I consider to be, critical factor in the
potential for success in achieving our goals, dreams and
desires.
It’s
quite simple and based on one question with a myriad of
possible answers – are you prepared to ask it and then answer
knowing you’ll be committing to action and success?
You are?
Good
– here we go then:
“Are
you prepared to pay the ‘price’ to achieve your stated goal?”
Pretty simply to ask isn’t it?
Not
quite so easy to answer when you and I consider the ramifications
of the answers.
For example…
One
answer might be:
“Yes, as long as I’m certain I’ll reach my goal”
Another might be:
“Yes
– if the price isn’t too high”
And
yet another:
“Um
possibly”
You see…
Why
the question is so all-fired important don’t you?
If
you and I can honestly say, “Yes, I am prepared to pay
whatever the price to achieve my stated goal!” then it’s
highly likely we’ll achieve the goal – isn’t it?
And so…
My
suggestion is this:
Take
each and every goal you have and ask yourself the
‘price’ question.
Listen carefully to yourself. Listen for any slight wavering
in your answer – any feelings bubbling up, any inner voice
whisperings, which may be critical to know.
Then
– when you know which of your goals are ‘for real’;
and it may well be all of them; take action knowing in
your mind of minds you truly are:
Prepared to pay the price!
Go
on then!
