"Does IT make such a difference?"
Hello

There was a gang of us having dinner and a bit of a
party when someone suggested playing the latest
version of Trivial Pursuit.
I
remember…
Playing it quite a lot some years ago but not recently
and thought it could be fun.
However…
One
couple said they weren’t keen to play - as they never
knew any of the answers.
As
you might imagine this produced some looks of surprise
on the faces of the rest of the gang. NEVER knew? – Someone
queried.
“Yes
– we never know any of the answers” the man said.
Why…
Don’t we just look at some of the cards, as they are a new set
and right up to date – just to see if you know any? Suggested
one woman
They
looked, they knew some answers, not all to be sure.
And
the game commenced:
As
it progressed the couple distracted themselves with conversation
together and really took very little part in the fun of questions and
suggested answers – some crazy, some off the wall, some oh so
accurate.
Such a shame!
They
conditioned themselves to:
NOT
enjoy the game
NOT
join in
NOT
know any answers.
And sure enough:
They
got all 3 wishes – precisely as they’d wished them.
I
wonder just how many times you and I get exactly what
we wish for? I’ll bet it’s most of the time – especially with the
‘stuff’ we didn’t know we were really wishing.
I’m
going to be very careful now I again realize the power
of mind-programming.
You
too?
Go
on then!
