"Do you love soup?"
Hello
And there I was trying to decide which of the
numerous offers I was
going to take.
You see...
Unlike the supermarkets in England; the
supermarkets in Spain all have
numerous different brands of one of my favourite soups, namely:
gazpacho.
Perhaps:
It was all down to my father- who made sure
that I got my daily ration
of vegetables by including them in a tasty soup. Food in my house was
the province of my father who, towards the end of his life, was a chef.
Anyway - throughout my life I have loved soups
and especially in the
summer months - cold soups such as gazpacho, cucumber, pea and mint.
Back to the supermarket:
So there I was trying to decide which of the
various brands of gazpacho
I was going to buy.
The brand I picked; Hacendado; what is
certainly one I've tried before
and knew I really enjoyed this particular soup. However the reason I
picked it was that two of the Tetra packs were taped together with a
clear sign across them saying indivisible and x 2.
There didn't seem to be any reduction in price
for buying two - it was
simply a more convenient packaging arrangement - especially if you
like gazpacho.
And so...
I was wondering in just how many ways you and
I would be able to use
the same idea in our businesses.
Are there two of the same thing which can be
bundled together?
Are there two different things which can be
bundled together?
Would offering an incentive of some
description with this bundle ethically
persuade some of our current or even potential customers and clients to
buy this new package?
I'll leave it there for you as I'm off to
schlurp some gazpacho and cogitate
just what can be bundled.
Will you?
Go on then...
