"It's that LIGHTBULB moment again!"

It’s just so brilliant being asked to speak at so many events
because…

Not only:

Do I get to share my ideas about so many aspects of business
and personal success – but – I also get to go to so many seminars
and see so many brilliant speakers.

So…

When I was asked if I’d speak at the Brian Tracy 3-Day event at
Earls Court last week (run by Blak Pearl) naturally I said “yes!”

So on the Monday there I was in the ‘green room’ when one
of my heroes and audio mentors walked in – the legendary

Brian Tracy.

Now Brian and I have had the occasional meeting and more
business dealings over the years but it must be 6 or 7 years
since I’ve seen him.

He said something so simple in his first session on stage, and
though I’d heard him say it before – it knocked me back and
slapped me to remind me just how important and immediately
practical it is.

He said this:

Do a list of all the things you do (this is a focus on business activities)

Then you’re about to pick the 3 tops things you do which create the
majority of your results.

So:

And in future make sure you concentrate your effort, your time
and your focus doing these three things.

You will be an even greater success than you are today.

Simple? – Yes!

Easy? – usually?

Makes a real difference? – definitely!

And…

I did it. Wrote the list – and picked the top three!

Now I’m all FOCUSED again.
